D.L. Plummer & Associates Partners

D.L. Plummer & Associates Partners are a team of seasoned professionals who support organizations and communities to leverage differences in order to drive their missions and achieve their business objectives. We believe that managing diversity effectively is the most complex human resource challenge of the century, permeating every aspect of an organization’s internal functioning and external marketplace. We believe that opportunity, access, full participation, and belonging are key to meeting this challenge. Realizing that inclusion and organizational change are interdependent, our team develops strategies and tools to manage diverse workforces as well as explores factors that invigorate and inhibit change. We create nimble, culturally responsive organizations. We are committed to our own personal and professional development in order to better support your growth. We are spirited consultants who love what we do and do what we love.
